Ashley’s Events Ltd aims to provide clear participation, booking, and registration processes across its events, training programs, CSR platforms, and related services.
Event & Registration Payments
Payments made for event participation, registrations, partnership opportunities, sponsorships, training programs, or related services are generally non-refundable once processing and administrative work has begun.
Participation Cancellations
Participants or organizations unable to attend an event may notify Ashley’s Events Ltd in writing. Depending on the timing and nature of the request, the organization may consider:
- Transfer of participation to another approved representative
- Credit toward a future Ashley’s Events activity
- Partial refund consideration in exceptional circumstances
Digital Products & Downloads
Digital materials, downloadable documents, proposals, templates, certificates, guides, and online resources are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Training Programs & Courses
Refund requests for training programs or educational services may only be considered before access to course materials, sessions, or learning platforms has been granted.
Partnership & Sponsorship Payments
Partnership and sponsorship commitments involve planning, branding allocation, promotional preparation, and event logistics. Refunds for sponsorship or partnership payments are therefore not guaranteed once confirmation has been issued.
Service-Based Projects
For customized event services, consultancy, branding, media, or production work, refunds are not available for completed work, approved concepts, or already delivered services.
Exceptional Circumstances
Ashley’s Events Ltd may review exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis where unavoidable situations arise.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, may take several business days depending on the payment method and administrative processing requirements.
