Miss Corporate Kenya is a leadership and social-impact platform for young women creating positive change in their communities. The programme combines community impact, leadership development, storytelling, corporate connection and on-stage presentation.
Applications are open to women aged 20–35 who are already creating positive change through a community or social-impact initiative. Your initiative may be small, growing or established.
You do not need to work for a corporate organisation or have a registered NGO to apply.
No. We are interested in genuine community work and the impact you are already trying to create. Your initiative can be informal, newly started or already structured.
The overall winner may also receive support toward formalising and strengthening her initiative.
Yes. The Miss Corporate Kenya 2026 application fee is KES 500. The fee is non-refundable and payment does not guarantee selection.

Selected participants take part in the Miss Corporate Kenya journey, including leadership and communication development, the Social Impact Showcase, on-stage presentation, Q&A, corporate connection opportunities and the final showcase.
Each selected participant prepares a short video introducing the community issue she is addressing, the action she is taking, the impact being created and the vision she wants to grow.
No. Previous stage, modelling or pageant experience is not required. Miss Corporate Kenya is designed to help participants grow in confidence, communication, leadership and professional presentation.
The on-stage experience includes professional wear, eco-creative presentation, gala presentation and Q&A.
Miss Corporate Kenya 2026 will award KES 300,000 in Social Impact Grants to three winning community initiatives:
- Overall Winner — KES 150,000
- 1st Runner-Up — KES 100,000
- 2nd Runner-Up — KES 50,000
These are project grants for the initiatives, not personal cash prizes.
Yes. Participants may approach organisations for mentorship, professional expertise, capacity building, resources, in-kind support or other appropriate support for their initiative.

Organisations can participate through corporate mentorship, capacity building, Impact Grant partnership, event sponsorship and other forms of strategic support.
