Training & Skills Development
Ashley’s Events supports youth empowerment through practical training in hospitality, events, and creative skills — delivered through our training arm, Ashley’s Events Institute (AEI).
Why We Created a College
Our CSR journey has always focused on long-term opportunity — not only supporting children while they grow, but also helping youth access employable skills. Over the years, Ashley’s Events has trained and mentored young people through real event experiences and professional standards. To scale that impact, we established Ashley’s Events Institute (AEI) to offer structured, hands-on training that leads to competence, confidence, and career readiness.
Our event management training aligns with recognized professional standards and supports learners pursuing structured certification and professional recognition in event planning and management.
