Official Acceptance into Miss Corporate Kenya
At just 22 years old, Levina Mutsotso has officially been accepted into the Miss Corporate Kenya system as one of the professional ambassadors eligible to compete in the upcoming season.
Miss Corporate Kenya is a Corporate Leadership & Brand Ambassador Platform designed to identify, develop, and elevate high-potential female professionals within participating institutions. It operates as a professional pageant structured around corporate leadership, CSR storytelling, executive grooming, and brand representation.
Levina now joins a carefully vetted pool of ambassadors who may be competitively nominated by corporate institutions to represent their brands.
A Professional with Purpose
Levina is a graduate of Hospitality Management, a discipline that demands executive presentation, service excellence, communication skills, professional discipline, and emotional intelligence.
She is passionate about women empowerment, mental health advocacy, and leadership development. While she has actively engaged in women-focused initiatives, she remains open and ready to align fully with the CSR values and impact agenda of the corporate brand that nominates her.
How Miss Corporate Kenya Works
Miss Corporate Kenya functions as a professional corporate pageant where:
- Corporates nominate a young professional either from within their organization or from the Miss Corporate Kenya ambassador pool.
- The nominating company sponsors and mentors the ambassador to represent its brand.
- The Miss Corporate Kenya system provides structured training in executive presence, communication, and brand preparedness.
The competition takes place in two phases:
Phase One: CSR Storytelling
The nominated ambassador and her sponsoring company co-create a 2–3 minute CSR storytelling video highlighting the organization’s impact initiatives. These clips are judged during the Gala Night under the CSR Awards category.
Phase Two: Corporate Stage Competition
Ambassadors compete on stage representing their brands across four corporate wear categories. Evaluation focuses on communication, executive presence, poise, and presentation of the CSR story.
Corporate Participation & Nomination
Miss Corporate Kenya offers organizations a strategic opportunity to:
- Strengthen employer branding
- Showcase CSR initiatives through national storytelling
- Develop emerging female leadership
- Position their brand within a structured corporate recognition platform
Levina Mutsotso is now eligible for corporate nomination.
Organizations ready to participate in Miss Corporate Kenya are invited to nominate her as their official brand ambassador.
